  • Customer IP
  • Approximate IP Location
  • Some custom data collection fields may also be captured by this store

Data stored temporarily:

  • Cookies + Sessions during checkout (cleared afterwards)
  • Photo ID if required to validate your order - deleted 90 days after the event.
  • Some log files may contain your IP address for up to 180 days.

We ensure all data is securely handled, with any sensitive information encrypted in our secure, managed data centres.

Once we receive your request we will contact you within 3 working days to verify your identity and then complete the request.

Data is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our Privacy Policy which is available on our website.   • With other event attendees and sponsors to for the purpose of networking and communication
  • with our professional and legal advisers where Galvanised Limited requires professional advice;

  • in the event that we sell any business assets, the personal information of our customers may be disclosed to a potential buyer. In this event, we will make reasonable attempts to ensure the buyer will be bound by the terms of this privacy notice;
